Abstract

The article deals with the institutional processes in the field of ethnic politics of Austria-Hungary concerning the rights and needs of ethnic political actors, processes and the institutionalization of ethnic political actors in Galicia and Bukovina. Highlights features of the implementation of government interests, the creation of political institutions, the implementation of public policy of ethnic political actors. Considered factors electoral mobilization and protest electoral participation, the catalysts of competition between ethno-national communities with equal and and different status, variety protection of group interests, the nature of compromise and consensus formal and informal ethnic political actors.
