Abstract

The article reveals teacher’s place and role in modern educational process. Considerable attention is paid to teacher’s pedagogical and creativity skills and methodological grounding. The thought is proven that modern teacher ought to have professional preparation that would allow him to ensure the proper level of basic components of the educational process: educational, scientific and methodological, and research components. These components are strongly bound and mutually used.
