Abstract:	The article is dedicated to the problem of public discussion which is one of the most actual and effective forms of influence on the matter of the most important administrative ecological decisions. The literature and legislation on this question are analyzed. The suggestions concerning the improvement of the valid legislation in this sphere as well as the particular point of view are brought in.
